Solvent Urethane Sealer

Two-Component Solvent Polyrurethane Sealer

Available in 1.5 gallon kits.

This Solvent Polyurethane Sealer has a high gloss sheen and is more durable than acrylic sealers. This Sealer can have a "wet" appearance and can be used over a variety of surfaces such as a Preferred Deck System, acid-stained or colored concrete, and various architectural concrete. This Sealer is extremely stain resistant while resisting tire tracking, making it the perfect choice for driveway and garage floor applications. It is U.V. stable and can be used in both interior and exterior applications.

Preferred Deck has more clear sealers: Clear Coat Sealer, Southwest Seal and High Gloss Sealer.

Top Coat Color Sealer is used on the Lace (or knockdown) Texture.
