DECORATIVE STAIN BASE

• An industrial-quality, water-based,translucent concrete stain.
• Safe and consistent results. Easy to use. Eco-friendly.
• Designed for concrete and overlays, and some porous stone, brick and pavers.
• Base available in 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes.
• Add Color Concentrate to Base.

STAIN COLOR CONCENTRATE

• Available in two sizes:
  Add 6 oz size into 1-gallon Stain Base.

TOP COAT COLOR SEALER

• The pigmented sealer for standard pool deck textures.

• The heat-reflective version of Top Coat.

CLEAR COAT SEALER

• Interior/Exterior use. UV stable.

SOUTHWEST SEAL

• An industrial-quality, solvent-based clear sealer.
• Our most popular clear sealer. UV stable. Satin to glossy sheen.
• Exterior use only. Not suitable for high levels of water migration.

Clear Acrylic-Urethane Sealer (APF’s Poly 250)

• Compatible, glossy polyurethane for the Preferred Deck System.

• Has an indefinite recoat window with very little prep.

• Durable – the best choice for driveways.

• Easy-soil-release properties. Resistant to hot tire pickup.

• Not suitable for pool areas.

• 2-Part Kit. Available in 1.5 gallons and 15-gallons.

SCENTED LIQUID RELEASE

• A specialty product that prevents the wet texture mix from sticking to overlay mats during the stamping process.

• Available in 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes.

EFF-REDUCER

• A specialty bonding sealer that reduces efflorescence migration.
• Applied directly to concrete before the Preferred Deck System is installed.
• Replaces the regular Bond Coat.

• Can be used as a clear, UV stable sealer for concrete, brick and block.

• Available in 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes.

ALL-PURPOSE DECK CLEANER

• Industrial strength degreaser that aggressively breaks down oil & grease.
• Also works on tar, rust, and other stubborn stains.
• Often used on driveways, garages, and BBQ areas.
• Use full-strength on problem areas – approx. 300 sq. ft./gal.
• As a cleanser, use 1 gal for every 500 sq. ft. (dilute with 3 gals water.)
• Safe to use around landscaping. Follow instructions.
• Available in 1-gallon size.

SUPER DECK PREP

• An eco-friendly, safer alternative to acid etching.
• Easy to use with no need to neutralize.
• Safe for interiors.

• Available in 1-gallon size.

PATCH KIT

• A small, convenient Repair Kit for pool deck textures.
• Covers approx 5 sq. ft. DIY instructions included.
• 2-part, 1-gallon pail containing 30 oz of liquid Additive and 5 lbs Aggregate.
• Must then be sealed with Top Coat Color Sealer or Reflecto Seal.
• Not intended to fix cracks.

NONSKID GRIP

• Preferred Deck’s anti-slip agent for water-based & solvent-based sealers.

• Available in 16 oz (for 5-gallon size of sealer.)

• Use 3-5 oz per gallon of sealer.
